McKenzey Harrison
Founder & Managing Director
McKenzey has spent over a decade building and operating businesses in complex markets. He ran country operations in Myanmar through Alibaba's acquisition of the business from Rocket Internet, the pandemic, and the 2021 coup, then scaled Alibaba's marketing solutions business across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and Nepal from zero to a multimillion-dollar profit driver. He has since served startups, investment funds, and governments in strategic and operating roles.
His academic grounding in political economy, behavioural science, and international development (SOAS) sharpened the pattern behind Entropy's thesis: in complex markets, the market infrastructure decides whether value gets built and scaled.
